Relax to the Max has been providing quality On-site Seated Chair Massage since September 2005 through the UK and EU. The company was started out of a growing desire to improve the work life balance in the business world. Carol has been involved in holistic therapies on a personal level since 1985 after suffering stress burnout in her job. From that low point she has gone on to learn and promote health, well being and improved quality of life.
After my recovery using various forms of alternative therapies. I chose Usui Reiki as the first formal therapy to learn in 1995 to share with others and help me to find new ways of dealing with stress being experienced by friends and co-workers. In 1996 I became a Teaching Master and started to share the gift of Reiki with others through teaching. I have taught Reiki throughout the US, Canada and the UK. I subsequently added Touch for Health and Acupressure to my skills in 1997. Therapeutic Touch was added in 1999 an energy treatment that is recognized and taught to nurses for use in a hospital setting to improve patient healing and well being. Karuna Reiki, Feng Shui and Ear Candling were added to round off all aspects of healing. At this stage I started with other energy healing and shamanic healing methods to explore alternative options. In 2001 I added Reflexology and Integrated Energy Therapy to my available therapies. Becoming a teaching master of IET in 2001. I also added aromatherapy massage,
Lymphatic massage and Swedish massage to my skills putting more focus on the physical body. Axiatonal Alignment and Chakra Balancing were added at this time to cover additional energetic aspects of healing. On-Site Seated Chair Massage followed as a terrific tool to take into the workplace and make massage more accessible and affordable to the general public. It has also become my passion. I provided on-site Seated Chair Massage in Canada for several years before moving to the UK in 2005. Major clients included Mattel Fisher Price, Colby Distillery and several smaller and medium size businesses as my full-time work. Since moving to the UK additional forms and styles of Reiki have been added including Crystal Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Gold Reiki and others.
Though out the entire time I have tried to assist others through workshops, mini classes, meditations and hands on therapies. With my personal experience and rich history my company can provide a wide variety of options to improve your bottom line and improve your employee’s work experience.
