WHAT IS SEATED CHAIR MASSAGE?

Seated Chair Massage is an on-site massage service. We will come directly to your workplace or your special event for your convenience. A typical massage is 10-15 minutes long, with an average of 5-10 minutes for trade shows and conventions.

The massage focuses on the neck, shoulder, back and arms. This is a very effective outlet and treatment for the physical effects of stress and a perfect compliment to your existing wellness program or the ideal start of a wellness program. Employees remain fully clothed, no oils are used. Seated Massage utilises Acupressure, Shiatsu, Swedish massage and other specialised moves and techniques to relieve tension and stress.

The massage starts at a gentle pace, builds in intensity and pressure, ending with quick revitalising strokes to bring the client back to a relaxed state, alert and rejuvenated.
